Architected and deployed an AI-powered ISO/IEC 17025 audit engine using a Semantic RAG pipeline for intelligent document analysis and risk-informed compliance review. Engineered a deterministic Semantic Shield and assessor knowledge base to minimize LLM hallucinations and false positives. Automated document classification, evidence extraction, compliance gap analysis, and audit risk assessment, reducing audit tracking time by 40–50% while maintaining high assessment accuracy.
AI-Based Risk Register & Risk Assessment for ALYSA
Designed and developed a structured Risk Register for the ALYSA AI-powered audit automation platform to support governance, risk identification, and compliance control. Conducted risk identification, likelihood-impact analysis, inherent risk assessment, residual risk assessment, and mitigation planning based on ISO 31000 risk management principles. Developed risk categorization, risk scoring, and monitoring mechanisms to support AI governance, operational control, and compliance assurance. Mapped ISO/IEC 27001 requirements into structured compliance items, including security controls, implementation evidence, responsible parties, and monitoring mechanisms. Designed a compliance tracking framework to improve audit readiness, policy alignment, and security control visibility. Connected ISO 27001 compliance requirements with AI system governance to support secure and accountable AI-powered audit operations. Strengthened ALYSA's Governance, Risk & Compliance maturity by aligning information security requirements with operational and technical implementation.
